The project (Disc-shaped Point-of-Care Platform for Infectious Disease Diagnosis) seeks to develop a platform which would allow the detection of malaria and similar pathogenic diseases in a rapid, multiplexed and non-invasive way.

MNBS 2013 emphasised on innovation and technology implementation for improving European competitiveness and citizen‘s life. The programme included oral and poster presentations from running and finished R&D projects, coordinated and support actions presentations and invited sessions, bringing technologies and solutions providers closer to business and to end-users, technology roadmaps and ideas to build the innovation supply chain.
